Q. I'm already registered at www.jigsawflash.com why can't I log in using those login details?

A. The registration and login process on store.jigsawflash.com is protected by high levels of encryption to ensure your information is as safe as possible. No information is passed on from the browser to the sever un-encrypted to protect your information. On www.jigsawflash.com the security measures are less secure as there are no personally identifying information going through that network.

Q. I bought a jigsaw pack but something happened and I didn't get my jigsaw pack

A. We check our records manually every day (except weekends) and generally catch problems quickly but sometimes we can miss something. Contact us providing your email and the jigsaw pack you bought and we will sort it out as soon as possible.

Q. How is the jigsaw packs delivered?

A. After the checkout process is completed with PayPal, you will receive a confirmation mail with a link where you can download your jigsaw pack(s).

Q. Can I get a refund or a replacement?

A. If you ordered a digital product we do not provide a refund. If your order was for a shipped product, you can request a refund or a replacement here.

- If you wish to recieve a replacement item, we will ask for a photo of the damage or faulty item before you ship it back.

- A refund will only be issued when the item has been returned to us in good condition, or if damaged during return, only if it has been packaged properly and securely.

Q. I have lost the install file, can I get a new one?

A. Of course! Send us your email address and the pack you bought and the date of purchase and we will send you your pack as soon as possible.

Q. Can I install the jigsaw packs on a Mac?

A. The jigsaw packs will only install on Windows at the moment.

Q. How do I use the file I just downloaded?

A. First you have to extract the file using an extractor like 7zip (freeware) or WinAce (free trial). After extracting the file, double click the file and you will begin installing the jigsaw pack. After the install there will be a shortcut on your desktop and in your start menu. Click on the icon to start playing.

Q. What Payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept PayPal for all payments. If you do not have a PayPal account, you PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and eChecks without the need to sign up.

Q. Can I place my order in another currency?

A. Certainly. Our prices are listed in USD (American Dollar) but PayPal will convert the price into your own currency without problems.
